- •Patients undergoing perianal surgery,who are willing to participate in the study and will give written informed consent.
排除标准
- •1)Patient allergic to methylene blue.
- •2)Patients with immune compromised status.
- •3)Patients on anticoagulant therapy.
- •4)Patients who underwent repeated perianal surgery.
- •5)Patients with skin infection (fungal infections etc).
- •6)Diabetes mellitus, neuropathy, trauma,
