Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing perianal surgery,who are willing to participate in the study and will give written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patient allergic to methylene blue.
2)Patients with immune compromised status.
3)Patients on anticoagulant therapy.
4)Patients who underwent repeated perianal surgery.
5)Patients with skin infection (fungal infections etc).
