Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Glaucoma subject:
- •- Age >18 year
- •- Glaucomatous optic neuropathy and correlated visual field abnormalities,
- •- At least three repeatable SAP (Humphrey visual field analyzer, HFA, Carl Zeiss Meditec, Dublin, CA) results within six months before study
- •- Reliable Visual Field Result (fixation loss, false positive and false negative value < 30%)
- •2. Normal subject
- •- Age > 18 year
- •- No glaucomatous optic neuropathy
- •- Normal visual field from SAP (Humphrey visual field analyzer, HFA, Carl Zeiss Meditec, Dublin, CA) results within six months before study
- •- Reliable Visual Field Result (fixation loss, false positive and false negative value < 30%)
Exclusion Criteria
- •BCVA< 20/40
- •Myopia or Hyperopia > 6 D
- •Astigmatism > 3 D
- •Any disease the effect visual field (except glaucoma)
