Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Glaucoma subject:
  • \- Age \>18 year
  • \- Glaucomatous optic neuropathy and correlated visual field abnormalities,
  • \- At least three repeatable SAP (Humphrey visual field analyzer, HFA, Carl Zeiss Meditec, Dublin, CA) results within six months before study
  • \- Reliable Visual Field Result (fixation loss, false positive and false negative value \< 30%)
  • 2\. Normal subject
  • \- Age \> 18 year
  • \- No glaucomatous optic neuropathy
  • \- Normal visual field from SAP (Humphrey visual field analyzer, HFA, Carl Zeiss Meditec, Dublin, CA) results within six months before study
  • \- Reliable Visual Field Result (fixation loss, false positive and false negative value \< 30%)

Exclusion Criteria

  • BCVA\< 20/40
  • Myopia or Hyperopia \> 6 D
  • Astigmatism \> 3 D
  • Any disease the effect visual field (except glaucoma)
