Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Glaucoma subject:
- •\- Age \>18 year
- •\- Glaucomatous optic neuropathy and correlated visual field abnormalities,
- •\- At least three repeatable SAP (Humphrey visual field analyzer, HFA, Carl Zeiss Meditec, Dublin, CA) results within six months before study
- •\- Reliable Visual Field Result (fixation loss, false positive and false negative value \< 30%)
- •2\. Normal subject
- •\- Age \> 18 year
- •\- No glaucomatous optic neuropathy
- •\- Normal visual field from SAP (Humphrey visual field analyzer, HFA, Carl Zeiss Meditec, Dublin, CA) results within six months before study
- •\- Reliable Visual Field Result (fixation loss, false positive and false negative value \< 30%)
Exclusion Criteria
- •BCVA\< 20/40
- •Myopia or Hyperopia \> 6 D
- •Astigmatism \> 3 D
- •Any disease the effect visual field (except glaucoma)
