Patient survey:
- Patients who are being treated inpatient during the survey period in hospitals in the department affected by the implementation of EPR.
Employee survey (anonymous):
- Employees who work in a department affected by the implementation of EPR (e.g. nursing, doctors, IT, administration).
- Employees who belong to one of the occupational groups involved in the Use Cases.
Qualitative survey of employees:
- Positive declaration of consent to participate in the study has been obtained.
- Employees who work in an area affected by the implementation of EPR (e.g. nursing, doctors, IT, administration).
- Employees who belong to one of the professional groups involved in the Use Cases.
Patients:
- Patients under the age of 18 years.
- Not speaking the German language.
Employees:
- Employees under the age of 18 years.
- Not fulfilling the above-mentioned inclusion criteria
