Inclusion Criteria:<br><br>Retirement homes for dependent elderly people (EHPAD):<br><br> - Regularly having had cases of upper and lower respiratory infections among their<br> residents in previous years during the winter period<br><br> - Being monitored by the same mobile hygiene team (IPAC), with common protocols, or<br> with teams working together to standardize practices<br><br> - Having agreed to participate in the study<br><br> - Undertaking to respect all the points provided for in the protocol<br><br> - Accepting the installation of UVGI air treatment devices and having the technical<br> resources to carry out the installation<br><br> - Committing to send all residents or their legal guardian/curator collective<br> information as well as an individual information notice and a form to oppose the<br> collection of clinical and biological data on their infectious status.<br><br>The residents of the structures participating in the study must have been informed of<br>this study (themselves, their legal guardian or curator depending on their situation) and<br>not have objected to the collection of health data concerning them, necessary for this<br>study.<br><br>Exclusion Criteria:<br><br> - Retirement homes (EHPAD) already equipped with another air treatment system (HEPA,<br> ionization, etc.) in shared places<br><br> - Establishments that do not wish to be equipped in the areas to be treated<br><br> - Retirement homes (EHPAD) having planned a major modification of the structure<br> (extension, renovation, closure, requalification, etc.) during the study, which<br> could influence the study population and/or the UVGI air treatment devices.
