Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients with filling defect on caudal epidurogram
2) Severe pain (NRS(numerical rating scale) =6
3) 80 years = age = 18 years
4) Patients with voluntary written consent
Exclusion Criteria
1) Not agree to participate in research
2) Pregnant or lactating patients
3) Patients with a local anesthetics and steroid side effects
4) Patients with a persistent neurological damage
5) Patients undergoing spinal surgery within 6 months
