入选标准
- •Inclusion criteria also has serum ammonia levels of greater than or equal to 150 micromoles per liter.
排除标准
- •Age less than 18 years or more than 65 years.
- •serum ammonia levels less than 150 micromoles per liter.
- •Preexisting diagnosis or suspicion of chronic kidney disease.
- •Preexisting diagnosis or suspicion of chronic liver disease.
- •Preexisting diagnosis of bleeding diathesis.
- •Pregnancy or Lactation.
- •Presence of AKI stage 3 (as per KDIGO AKI staging).
- •Presence of past diagnosis of malignancy.
- •Anticipated need for dialysis within next 12 hours as judged by the treating team.
- •Systolic blood pressure < 100 mm of Hg (with or without vasopressor).
- •Requiring artificial ventilation.
