入选标准
- •· Patients requiring a single implant in the posterior area (premolars and molars, maxilla or mandible) with a single-tooth supported crown
- •· Systemically healthy, smoking = 10 cig./day
- •· No bone augmentation required
- •· Mucosa thickness = 2.5mm.
排除标准
- •Smoking > 10 cig./day
- •· Poor oral hygiene after hygienic phase
- •· Periodontal disease, i.e. residual pockets > 4 mm
- •· Need for bone augmentations
- •· History of radiation in head-neck area
- •· Systemic or local disease or condition that can compromise healing or osseointegration
- •· Use of drugs influencing bone metabolism
- •· Severe bruxism
- •· Poor compliance or unwillingness to return follow-ups
