- •1) Cases in which biliary tract cancer has not been diagnosed histologically or cytologically (2) Adults who are objectively determined to be incompetent to make adequate decisions (3) Patients with concurrent active overlapping cancers at the time of enrollment (4) Other patients deemed inappropriate for the study by the study investigators (5) Patients for whom it is considered difficult to give valid informed consent.
