入选标准
- •(1) Target patients: Patients who underwent coronary
- •angiography with chest pain (2) Selection criteria 1) Adults over 19 2) A person
- •who can understand the purpose and contents of this study and voluntarily
- •consent after being fully explained. 3) Cardiovascular disease and control group
- •i. Cardiovascular disease ? Patients who underwent coronary intervention for
- •more than 70% of stenosis in one or more coronary arteries ? Patients with
- •myocardial infarction ? Patients with left ventricular dysfunction
- •(LVEF<45%) ii. Control group: normal coronary artery and normal heart
排除标准
- •1) Those who do not have voluntary consent, such as
- •cognitive impairment and vulnerable subjects 2) Women of childbearing age or
- •pregnant women 3) Patients suspected of active infection 4) Those who are using
- •systemic antibiotics or receiving immunosuppressive treatment 5) People who have
- •allergies or side effects to intestinal lactic acid bacteria 6) Hemodynamically
- •unstable myocardial infarction patient 7) Uncontrolled hypertension (180/110
- •mmHg), arrhythmia patients 8) Patients with liver failure and kidney
