Exclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing lower gastrointestinal endoscopy without prior treatment Patients with or suspected of having intestinal obstruction, stenosis, fistula, post-operative colorectal surgery, infectious enteritis, or active colonic bleeding. Patients with a history of radiation therapy to the abdomen or pelvis Tissue biopsy is not possible (e.g., chronic blood disease or taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs) Patients who do not consent to this study
