Patient of Ward 0119 (w / m / d)
Age> 18 years <91 years
Diagnosis of an ARDS
Existence of valid information
There is a valid consent
Exclusion Criteria
Rejection of participation
Lack of consent
Age <18 or> 91 years
Lack of cooperativity in JH-ACE testing (vigilance disorder, delirium, aphasia)
Impossibility of JH-ACE testing due to limited knowledge of the German language

Name Time Method Depth of sedation during the sedation phase in the intensive care unit recorded using non-invasive technology (Sedline, Masimo)<br>Cumulative sedative dose as a summation of all sedatives during the intensive care stay taken from the digital documentation system<br>Regional oxygen saturation during the sedation phase in the intensive care unit is measured using non-invasive technology (O3, Masimo).
