Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Adults aged 20\-60 years
  • 2\. diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome by a specialist orthopedic

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients allergic to local anesthetics
  • 2\. Patients who have had wrist surgery before throughout their life.
  • 3\. Patients with wrist deformities
  • 4\. Patients who have had wrist injuries before throughout their life
  • 5\. Patients with inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, meningitis
  • 6\. Patients with pregnancy
  • 7\. Patients with a history of cervical injury or cervical nerve compression throughout their life.
  • 8\. Patients with peripheral neuropathy
