Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Adults aged 20\-60 years
  • •2\. diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome by a specialist orthopedic

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients allergic to local anesthetics
  • •2\. Patients who have had wrist surgery before throughout their life.
  • •3\. Patients with wrist deformities
  • •4\. Patients who have had wrist injuries before throughout their life
  • •5\. Patients with inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, meningitis
  • •6\. Patients with pregnancy
  • •7\. Patients with a history of cervical injury or cervical nerve compression throughout their life.
  • •8\. Patients with peripheral neuropathy
