To evaluate the efficacy of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation PNF technique versus conventional physiotherapy in managing pain and neck disability in cervical radiculopathy

Objectives

To evaluate the effect of PNF technique in reducing pain using visual analogue scale VAS and neck disability index NDI scale in individual with cervical radiculopathy

To evaluate the effect of conventional physiotherapy in reducing pain using VAS and NDI scale in individual with cervical radiculopathy

To compare the effectiveness of PNF technique versus conventional physiotherapy in reducing pain and neck disability in individual with cervical radiculopathy

Methodology

subjects who meets the study criteria will be explained about the purpose and benefit of the study and return informed consent will be taken from each participants in the language best understood by them

participates will be devided using even and odd method into 2 groups control group and experimental group and the intervention will be given for 3 consecutive days in a week for a 4 weeks continuously

treatment session will be around 45 to 60 minutes
