入选标准
- •1. Cases attending OPD with ultra-sonographic evidence of grade-1 fatty liver.
- •2. Literate patients; ability to read and write in Bengali, Hindi, and/or English.
- •3. Patients giving written informed consent
排除标准
- •1.Cases too sick for consultation.
- •2. Patient unwilling to take part or not giving consent to join the study.
- •3. Diagnosed cases of viral hepatitis, Wilson disease, hemochromatosis,
- •celiac disease, liver cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma or any other
- •malignancies or any uncontrolled systemic diseases, unstable mental or
- •psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness
- •affecting quality of life or any organ failure.
- •4. Cases with history of usage of some drugs (e.g., amiodarone,
- •corticosteroids, methotrexate, tamoxifen, synthetic estrogens, valproic
- •acid, intravenous tetracycline, and highly active antiretroviral drugs)
- •5. Self-reported immune compromised state.
- •6. Alcohol or any other substance abuse and/or dependence.
- •7. Pregnant and lactating women.
- •8. Patient simultaneously taking part in other clinical trial in the same
