Elderly: having a dementia diagnosis; Have primary caregiver; Be accompanied by the dementia service in University Hospital in Brasilia; Be aged 65 and over, Mini Mental State Examination - MMSE less than or equal to 26. Caregiver: caregiver is available for orientation; to have cognitive capacity of answer oriented in the time and space for this interface with the researcher and to accept to participate of the research.
Elderly: possess clinical instabilities such as oxygen balloon, decompensated Congestive Heart Failure, cancer, congestive obstructive pulmonary disease, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, psychiatric diseases, and advanced palliative care. Caregivers: hearing impaired caregivers who limit communication by phone and video call; and caregiver with untreated psychiatric disorder.
