Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Parents whose children were registered with Dept. of Palliative Medicine
- •2\. Parents whose children passed away during the duration of pandemic
- •3\. Parents who received regular telephonic support from dept. of Palliative
- •Medicine during the duration of pandemic
- •4\. Those who are able to understand English, Hindi or Marathi language
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. No contact with dept. of Palliative Medicine during the pandemic
- •2\. Those who are uncontactable or do not have access to telephone
- •3\. Refusal to participate or provide consent for the study
