- •2. Parents whose children passed away during the duration of pandemic
- •3. Parents who received regular telephonic support from dept. of Palliative
- •Medicine during the duration of pandemic
- •4. Those who are able to understand English, Hindi or Marathi language

- •1. No contact with dept. of Palliative Medicine during the pandemic
- •2. Those who are uncontactable or do not have access to telephone
- •3. Refusal to participate or provide consent for the study
