Elderly
Those aged 55 or older who are concerned about or wish to prevent dementia
Those whose CIST score is above the reference point when compared with the number of diagnostic test requests by age
Those who can walk independently
Those who can understand the language of the program
Mild cognitive impairment and dementia
Those aged 55 years or older diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia (taking related medications after diagnosis)
Those who are currently receiving long-term care for the elderly or those who have been judged as 5th grade for long-term care for the elderly)
A person whose CIST score is below the reference point when compared with the diagnostic test request score according to ageM
