入选标准
- •Those aged 55 or older who are concerned about or wish to prevent dementia
- •Those whose CIST score is above the reference point when compared with the number of diagnostic test requests by age
- •Those who can walk independently
- •Those who can understand the language of the program
- •Mild cognitive impairment and dementia
- •Those aged 55 years or older diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia (taking related medications after diagnosis)
- •Those who are currently receiving long-term care for the elderly or those who have been judged as 5th grade for long-term care for the elderly)
- •A person whose CIST score is below the reference point when compared with the diagnostic test request score according to ageM
排除标准
- •Those unable to walk independently
- •Persons with severe cognitive impairment with disorientation
- •People with heart disease, such as angina pectoris, who find it difficult to exercise
- •Mild cognitive impairment and dementia
