Inclusion Criteria

1. Patient suffering from the complaints related to uterine fibroid or the patients having Uterine

fibroid diagnosed by USG.(TAS/TVS)

2. Women of Age group 18 â?? 55 years.

3. Patients who are taking OCP will be considered for the study after giving a wash-out period

of 1 month.

4. Patients of all socio-economic status and irrespective of religions.

5. Ability to read or understand Bengali or Hindi or English.

6. Patient willing to give informed consent to join the study.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening

illness

2. Unwilling to take part and not giving consent to join the study and unable to read or

understand patient information sheet.

3. Pregnant women and lactating mothers

4. Self-reported immune-compromised state.

5. Undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease within last 3 months.

1 The UTERINE FIBROID SYMPTOM & HEALTH-RELATED QUALITY OF LIFE <br/ ><br>QUESTIONNAIRE (UFS-QOL) will be used of treatment to assess the effect <br/ ><br>of homoeopathic medicines on the quality of life of patients. <br/ ><br>2 The size of the fibroids will be measured by <br/ ><br>USG. As the received Trans-abdominal Ultrasonography reports will not contain dimensions <br/ ><br>of all the fibroids in case of multiple ones, the size of the largest one will be considered. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1 baseline & after 6 months <br/ ><br>2 baseline & after 6 months
