The following inclusion criteria will be the basis for selecting subjects
1) Both Males and Females.
2) Subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus meeting the American Diabetic Association diagnostic criteria and those who are on oral anti diabetic therapy.
3) Age: 30 to 60 years.
4) Those who can do kapalabhathi for minimum 20 strokes in one minute.
1) Type 2 diabetes mellitus individuals with co-morbidities.
2) Subjects who are Underweight or with morbid obesity.
3) T2DM individuals with autoimmune or established CAD or any organic vascular disease, history of neurological / thyroid disorders, nutritional disorders and any other acute illness.
4) Rash or open wounds on any parts of the body.
5) Female subjects during menstrual cycle will not participate in the study as menstrual cycle is known to influence the circulatory and humoral dynamic(20).
6) History of liver and kidney failure.
