入选标准
- •1) patients with acute ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack with positive DWI lesions within 7 days of onset,
- •2) patients starting treatment with clopidogrel-aspirin within 7 days of onset,
- •3) patients with presumed large artery atherosclerotic origin according to the TOAST classification,
- •4) patients signed informed consent
排除标准
- •1) Ineligible and unwilling to maintain over 3-months DAPT based on the physician’s discretion,
- •2) Eligible and willing to maintain over 3-months DAPT based on the physician’s discretion
