入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients having ASA grade I and II.
- •Patients aged 18 - 65 years.
- •Patients who are scheduled to undergo lower abdominal and lower limb surgeries.
排除标准
- •Patients who are not willing to give consent for participation in the study.
- •Patients who require duration of surgery > 2 hrs.
- •Patients with contraindication to central neuraxial blockade.
- •Patients with ASA grade III and IV.
- •Patients with suspected autonomic dysfunction.
- •Patients with hypersensitivity to tramadol,dexmedetomidine.
- •Patients with cardiopulmonary,renal or hepatic diseases,hyperparathyroidism,psychiatric disorder,urinary tract infection,severe diabetes or autonomic neuropathies.
- •Patients with known history of substance or alcohol abuse.
- •Patients receiving any premedication.
