Inclusion Criteria

1 All patients aged more than 18 to 80 years giving informed consent to participate in the study

2 Patients with urological disorders undergoing jj ureteral stenting

Exclusion Criteria

1 Patient not willing for consent for inclusion in the above study

2 Symptomatic lower urinary tract symptoms LUTS due to BPH as diagnosed by history focused urological examination and investigations

3 Patients with pregnancy mental disorders or illness who cannot understand or comply with the study protocol

4 Patients with known history of orthostatic hypotension allergy hypersensitivity to one or more α adrenoceptor antagonists and or any component of the tamsulosin preparations

5 Patients receiving medications concomitantly in past 3 months with any alpha1 blocker
