Inclusion Criteria
(1) Lower limb paralysis due to cauda equina injuries
(2) Adult (>= 18 years of age)
(3) The outpatient or inpatient who have cauda equina syndrome
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Neurologic level of injury higher than conus medullaris
(2) Peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes mellitus
(3) Peripheral neuropathy due to Chemotherapy
(4) The patient have secondary gain including industrial accident
(5) The patient have traumatic injury of lower extremity including femur and tibial fractures
