Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1\) Age 20 and older, 50 and younger (excluded age of 50\)
  • (2\) Meeting the Hanifin and Rajka criteria, with Atopic Dermatitis symptoms appearing constantly for at least 3 months prior to study enrolment
  • (3\) SCORing Atopic Dermatitis (SCORAD) index score 10–40
  • (4\) Not taking prescription drugs for AD for at least 1 month prior to enrolment
  • (5\)Ability to understand the study protocol and to voluntarily agree to participate
  • (6\)Not participating in any other research studies for AD for at least 1 month prior to enrolment.

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1\) Severely fluctuating Atopic Dermatitis symptoms
  • (2\) Treatments that are not allowed in this study, for example, oral corticosteroids, which may affect the study outcomes
  • (3\) Asthma or bronchitis
  • (4\) Other disorders that may affect the outcomes, for example, anxiety or depression.
  • (5\) those who have a heart disease (such as heart failure, angina pectoris, Myocardial infarction)
  • (6\) Conceivable(Fertile) women who are Pregnant, lactating or not using proper method of contraception
  • (7\) those who are thought to be unable to participate in the study by the assessment of researchers
