1.Clinical diagnosis of a first stroke, which was identified by brain imaging ≥ 6 months after onset of stroke
2.Unilateral weakness
3.Brunnstrom motor recovery stage : ≥ stage 3 in proximal & distal upper extremity
4.Fugl-Meyer UE : 13 †47 Points*
5.Able to give informed consent
1.Unstable vital sign or Neurologic conditions
2.Neuropsychologic impairment (TMSE < 23)
3.Wrist joint stiffness (PROM < 40 degrees in Flex/extension)*
4.Shoulder, elbow, wrist joint pain
5.Sitting on a chair < 40 mins.
6.Previous non-conventional therapy which effect of neuromuscular wrist
