Age over 10 years? Patients with thalassemia major? examination by a physician and approved the study? No smoking? have the ability to understand education? The desire and motivation to be active and participate in sports programs? participate in research? Have the ability to exercise? lack of physical illness or history of any particular disease risk health with exercise (such as cardiovascular diseases, respiratory, mental, skin diseases, arthritis,...)? No regular participation in sports programs inside or outside the program? Ability to participate in training sessions on a regular basis (maximum number of allowable absences for them is 5 times). Exclusion criteria: No regular participation in training sessions? deterioration of the patient's health status? underlying cardiopulmonary disease? kidney disease? unwillingness to cooperate? smoking? limitation in exercise.
