patients with acute coronary syndrome who are indicated for therapeutic enoxaparin
patients with acute venous thromboembolism who are indicated for therapeutic enoxaparin

Exclusion Criteria

previous history of bleeding disorders
presence of acute bleeding
taking anticoagulants
renal failure with glomerular filteration <80 ml/min
