1. Willing to participate and sign informed consent.
2. Person with traumatic SCI ( > 1 yr.).
3. Paraplegics with neurological level of injury T2 to L2.
4. ASIA- AIS category A, B, C and D.
5. Diagnosis of neuropathic pain using International SCI pain data set.
6. Without diagnosed cardiopulmonary, neurological and cognitive deficits.
7. Self reported ability to independently self- propel a manual wheelchair.
8. Ability to complete 6 Minute Push Test (6MPT).
1. Self reported or history of unstable angina or MI within past 1 month.
2. Resting Heart rate > 120 bpm
3. Systolic BP > 180 mm Hg and diastolic BP > 100 mm Hg.
4. Self reported active medical issues, such as pressure sores, UTI and cardiovascular disorders contraindicating for exercise testing.
5. Musculoskeletal complaints of upper extremity.
6. Person with neurological deficits (other than SCI) and uncontrolled psychiatric illness .
7. Individual who self report the use of type – 2 Diabetes mellitus medication or on insulin that affects glucose metabolism
