Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with small or large intestinal pathology where intestinal anastomosis is required.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients undergoing gastric anastomosis or proximal diversion
- •2\.Pregnancy/puerperium
- •3\.Patient on steroid therapy
- •3\.The patients with co\-morbid conditions like diabetes mallitus, hypertention
- •4\.Patients on immunosupressive therapy
- •5\.Patient infected with hepatitis b and c as well as hiv
