Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Men and women with chronic stroke
- •Age between 30\- 65 years
- •At least 6 months since the occurrence of stroke
- •MMAS\=1 for wrist flexor muscles
- •No history of Botox injection in wrist flexor muscles in the last 3 months
- •No contraindications for using dry needling
- •Not having other neuromuscular disorders
- •Ability to follow instructions and cooperate with therapist
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient non\-cooperation
- •Presence of fixed deformity in the joint
