Exclusion Criteria
Patients with a history of cardiovascular disease or on drug therapy. Those who have a regular exercise routine (less than 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise or less than 75 minutes of high intensity aerobic exercise per week). Other persons deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator.
