- Brief Summary
We found that, when compared to femoral nerve block, adductor canal and obturator posterior nerve blocks did not considerably alter opioid consumption or pain scores during 24 hours after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. However, quadriceps strength was significantly higher with adductor canal and obturator posterior nerve blocks.
