Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are scheduled to undergo unilateral total knee replacement with American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification I-II are invited to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
1) ASA class 2 <
2) acute cardiovascular disease (NYHA stage III/IV )
3) allergy to local anesthetics and analgesics
4) cognitive impairment
5) contraindication of nerve block
6) chronic renal or hepatic dysfunction
7) rheumatoid arthritis
8) epidural block and peripheral nerve block failed
9) pregnancy
