- •Unstable intertrochanteric fracture;
- •Both gender;
- •Patients should be able to walk independently before the fracture to be chosen for study;
- •fractures should not be pathological;
- •no previous fracture at the hip.

- •stable fracture
- •disable to walking
- •pathologic fracture
- •pervious hip fracture
