Inclusion Criteria
- •In inclusion criteria: aged 18\-40 years; scheduled for cesarean section; scheduled for spinal anesthesia
- •Exclusion criteria: gestational age 36 wk; History of systemic (cardiovascular, respiratory, renal , ...) or psychiatric disorders, hypertension(BP\> 140/90 mmHG) Allergy to bupivacaine; contraindication for spinal anesthesia; emergency cesarean section, fetal problems(IUGR, Asphyxia,...)
