Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals of age group 18\-30 years with hamstring tightness, Both male and female, Subjects willing to participate, Subjects able to read, write and understand English
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any previous hamstring injuries, recent hip, knee, ankle and spine surgery, Any Neuromuscular or musculoskeletal conditions which restricts participation of subject in the study, vascular conditions, bleeding disorders and skin disorders
