1. Systemically healthy subjects of either sex between 20-50 years.
2. Probing depth (PD) <= 2mm.
3. Width of keratinized tissue > 2mm.
4. Absence of caries, Non-Carious Cervical Lesions, Restorations in the area to be
treated.
5. Cairo RT1 and RT2 recession defects in maxillary anterior teeth.
1. Subjects with history of antibiotic and/or anti-inflammatory drugs within previous
three months.
2. Subjects with history of any periodontal therapy in the past 6 months
3. Subjects with systemic conditions modifying the inflammatory response
3. Smokers & Tobacco chewers

4. Pregnancy or lactation.
5. Uncooperative subjects.
