Inclusion Criteria
Consent to participation by patients
Consent to participation by guardians
Approval for participation by employees of the Clinic for Anaesthesiology
Patient age < 18 years
Planned duration of surgery < 4 hours
ASA approval I - III
No significant malformations in the head/neck area or concerning the respiratory tract
No contraindications for supraglottic airway management
Exclusion Criteria
Refusal of participation by patients
Refusal of participation by guardians
Refusal of participation by employees of the clinic for anaesthesiology
Patient age greater or equal 18 years
Planned duration of surgery > 4 hours
ASA approval > III
Presence of contraindications for supraglottic airway protection
Primary necessity of endotracheal intubation
