In this trial we are selecting patients suffering from katishoola w.s.r to lumber spondylosis in two groups 1) group 1 : rasana tail anuvasana basti 60 ml will be given for 9 days and follow up period will be of 18 days 2) group 2 :dashamoola tail anuvasana basti 60ml will be given for 9 days and follow up period will be of 18 days. basti procedure will be done according to ayurvedic classics . assesment will be done on the basis of subjective and objective parameters . the total duration of study in single patient is of 27 days.
