Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I\-II patients posted for elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia in supine position.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients having hypertension
- •2\. Pregnant patient,
- •3\. Patient undergoing unilateral spinal anaesthesia.
- •4\. Patient having intraabdominal pathology causing increase in intraabdominal pressure.
- •5\. Patients with BMI \> 30 kg/square meter.
- •6\. Uncooperative patients.
