- •American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II patients posted for elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia in supine position.
排除标准
- •1. Patients having hypertension
- •2. Pregnant patient,
- •3. Patient undergoing unilateral spinal anaesthesia.
- •4. Patient having intraabdominal pathology causing increase in intraabdominal pressure.
- •5. Patients with BMI > 30 kg/square meter.
- •6. Uncooperative patients.
