Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I\-II patients posted for elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia in supine position.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients having hypertension
  • 2\. Pregnant patient,
  • 3\. Patient undergoing unilateral spinal anaesthesia.
  • 4\. Patient having intraabdominal pathology causing increase in intraabdominal pressure.
  • 5\. Patients with BMI \> 30 kg/square meter.
  • 6\. Uncooperative patients.
