Inclusion Criteria
The elderly with benign prostatic hypertrophy
No urinary tract infection or bladder stones
No history of allergy to dark mint plants such as nettle
Exclusion Criteria
refuse to continue cooperation
The occurrence of any drug-induced allergic side effects
