Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Runners with their other workout they do during weekdays.
- •2\)Runners running on paved roads.
- •3\)Running at least 8km per week for last six months or in last 52/53 weeks in .......... city will be screen for their sweating tendency and those who mark 3 or 4 as their sweating scale of excessive sweating as their severity scale of excessive sweating will be finally selected in this study.
- •4\)Long run on paved roads during Nov 2019 to Jan 2020 in ...........city.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Secondary Excessive sweating seen in some diseases like HYPERTHYRODISM,DM,CARCINOID SYNDROME, ACROMEGALY , PARKINSONS DISEASE, ALCOHOLISM,RESPIRATORY FAILURE, CEREBROVASCULAR ACCIDENT, SPINAL CORD INJURY ETC
- •2\)LACTATING MOTHERS, PREGNANT WOMEN, POSTPARTUM PREGNANCY MOTHERS, MENOPAUSAL WOMEN ETC WILL BE EXCLUDED.
