Inclusion Criteria

Having diagnostic criteria for depression
Patient consent to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

Those who are psychotic.
Those who had thoughts or attempted suicide in the past or present.
Those who have substance abuse.
Those with recurrent depression
Those whose recent episodes are severe

Method of measurement: Hamilton Depression Rating Scale.;Anxiety Score. Timepoint: At the beginning, on third week of study and the sixth week after intervention. Method of measurement: Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale.
