Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients who require spinal anesthesia and planned sedation among the patients for treatment of prostatic disease
2. Patients from 20 to 70 years of age who have no systemic disease or systemic disease but are mild
3. The basic monitoring device (blood pressure, electrocardiogram, pulse oxygen saturation) and BIS attachment is possible
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient whose operation time is within 30 minutes
2. Patients who have had previous side effects after sedation
3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction
4. Patients with liver, kidney disease, alcohol or drug overdose
5. Patients with mental disorders or brain lesions
