- •Gastric cancer patient confirmed from endoscopic biopsy
- •Early gastric cancer or Advanced gastric cancer confined to proper muscle layer without suspected metastatic lymphnode on preoperative work up
- •Excluded from indication of endoscopic submucosal dissection
- •Possible distal gastrectomy: the lesion located in the distal half of stomach
排除标准
- •Inflammatory bowel disease
- •Chronic renal disease, chronic liver disease, cardiopulmonary failure
- •Diabetes with complication
- •Ongoing anticholinergics medication for underlying disease
- •ASA score III or more
- •ECOG grade 3 or more
