- •primary bilaterl carpal tunnel syndrome patient
Exclusion Criteria
- •Major psychiatric disease(depression, bipolar disoreder etc), adverse effect to lidocaine, Renal or liver problem, Heart disease, arm with AVF, previous surgery on wrist, recurred carpal tunnel syndrome
