History of unilateral pelvic pain/ SI region localised pain only
Positive findings of dynamic form closure tests such as standing flexion test, sitting flexion test and stork test
Positive findings of atleast three out of five sacroiliac joint pain provocation tests
Age between 25 to 40 years
Both male and female
Subacute pain
Patient who willing to participate in study
History of spinal injuries and pelvic fractures
Post surgical conditions from past 6 months
Presence of neurological signs
Cardiac conditions
Spondylolisthesis
Tuberculosis spine
Pregnancy
Symptoms aggravated after the inital intervention
Limb length discrepancy because of its potential effect on hamstring length
Patients who cannot participate in whole duration of intervention
