Inclusion Criteria
- •Adults over 20 who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those who currently have no surgery, trauma, neurological symptoms and no restrictions on movement in relation to musculoskeletal disorders,
- •Those who have no problem with their intrinsic receptivity,
- •a person without mental illness or cognitive impairment
